How Can vaginal Dryness And Urinary Incontinence Be Treated?

My doctor has recommended a vaginal cream for urge incontinence and vaginal dryness. I am 75. I have used a progresterone cream from Wyeth Phar. and samples of Estrace )estraqdiol;) Which do you think is the better product for my needs and also for my safety from complications.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Vaginal dryness is common after menopause. Generally, we recommend estradiol cream to be applied topically. So Estrace is a better option. It works well and is safe.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mahboob Ur Rahman,
